Welcome! My name is Davida A. Benson. I am the Owner of ELEVATE Business Solutions, LLC. I have been a full-time Mobile Notary Signing Agent since 2018. I have a MS in Instructional Technology and a BS in Elementary Education. I have spent more than ten years in public service. I enjoy helping those in my local community and state. As one of the premier Mobile Notary Public services, serving the northern Delaware area, ELEVATE Mobile Notary Services has the expertise, knowledge, and experience to handle your most confidential documents with care and precision. E.L.E.V.A.T.E. Mobile Notary Services was created to supplement the needs of our business partners throughout the Delaware area. With a special focus on General Notary Work & Loan Closings, we developed a unique, professional, and friendly process to efficiently provide mobile notary service throughout the New Castle Co. area. As the demand for our professional notary staff expanded, we began offering our services to the entire business and non-business communities. We can provide you with any real estate, business, and or personal notary needs including oaths, certified copies, closing facilitation, trusts, deeds, Power of Attorney, I-9 verification, and much more! Our strategy has always centered around building key relationships with Title companies, Law Firms, and the general public to generate a stream of repeat satisfied customers.
Mobile Notarial Services
ELEVATE Mobile Notary Services offers reliable and accurate mobile notary services (notary services at your location) in the state of Delaware and in Maryland. With a scheduled appointment you are assured that your document(s) will be notarized at the time and place most convenient to you. We make visits to homes, offices, hospitals, airports, jail/prison, movie sets, hotels and more. We go where we are needed! Notarization provides assurance that the signer of the document has shown valid photo ID to a notary. We check ID carefully prior to notarization, make appropriate logbook entries and affix our stamp and embossed seal. We verify or complete the notarization date and location, as notarized documents require by the State and County where the notarization took place.
